Meet Cade

At Scholl Construction, Cade brings passion and precision to every project. His love for construction started early, through time spent on job sites with his uncle, where he developed an appreciation for the industry’s dynamic nature and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community.

As our on-site leader, Cade acts as an extension of the Project Management team and ensures each project stays on track, on budget, and remains aligned with our high standards.

When he is not overseeing construction sites, you’ll find Cade enjoying the outdoors – particularly on the water in Northern Wisconsin. His ideal weekends include golfing, cheering for the Chicago Bears and spending time with his family and friends.  His favorite getaway – the Gulf Shores in Alabama.

With Cade on our team, every development benefits from his hands-on leadership and unwavering commitment to quality.
