Meet Jeanne

At Scholl Construction, we believe strong relationships are the foundation of every successful project—and that’s where Jeanne truly excels as our Sales Assistant and Apprentice Estimator.  Jeanne ensures that every client feels confident, valued, and informed throughout the entire process.

When she’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find Jeanne at the gym, hiking, or spending time with family and friends. She loves to cook and bake and balances her dedication to fitness with her love for good food.  And coffee—because that’s non-negotiable!

If Jeanne weren’t in construction, she’d be a health coach, helping others live a healthier, more balanced life. If she could have one superhero power it would be to time travel back to the late 1970’s where she would give her younger self some good advice for the future as well as spend a few more moments with her dad and grandparents.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients through in-person and phone communication
• Resolving customer concerns, from simple questions to more complex issues
• Scheduling appointments for management with pre-qualified leads
• Meeting potential clients on-site to take notes and help define the project scope
• Guiding customers through the sales process, from the initial conversation to contract signing
• Receiving material and labor quotes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Creating project specifications and reviewing proposals
• Keeping records updated for customers and internal files
• Managing both routine and complex functions to ensure smooth operations

Jeanne’s first job was working for her dad at his construction company helping to clean job sites.
