The customer that we worked with on this project bought this property from a neighbor with the intention of moving in. Scholl Construction tore down the home leaving just one wall and the foundation. We expanded the foundation to build a new 2 story home in Glen Ellyn, Illinois that features a full basement and walk-in attic for plenty of storage, a 2 story family room with fireplace, office on the first floor with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and master suite.
