Crystal Lake, IL 4 Season Room Addition
Scholl Construction was originally called in to talk about adding a screened in porch to the deck on this townhome in Crystal Lake, Illinois. After consulting with the customer and talking about their wants and needs, a heated and cooled 4 season room seemed like a much more useful addition. The deck was upgraded as well as the patio area below the deck.
The owners were thrilled to expand their living area, taking advantage of backyard views and letting in beautiful light. We also installed new flooring and trim throughout the first floor.
We had a very positive experience while working with Scholl Construction. They built a beautiful addition for us and kept to a schedule and communicated with us, throughout.
