Wauconda, IL Vacation Home
This house was designed to take advantage of the views of the beautiful lake area in Wauconda, Illinois. The family vacation home sat on this lot but had burned down years ago. It was time to rebuild and design a home that could take advantage of lake views. The lot was very narrow and on a hill so the house was built into the hill and upward, with balconies on each level.
The main floor is an open style room with fireplace, beautiful kitchen and screened in porch and balcony. The unique feature is a garage entrance on the upper street level and one off the back and the lower street level.
