Whole House Makeover
When our clients decided to purchase this home, they knew that they wanted to do some remodeling work before they moved in. The house was originally built in 1998. Some features were outdated, and the lower level walkout was still unfinished. All told, some work transformed into a whole house remodeling project.
Scholl Construction was contracted to completely remodel the kitchen, three bathrooms and laundry room. All the flooring throughout the house were either refinished or replaced; all new lighting fixtures and door hardware were installed; and every room got a fresh coat of paint.
Finishing the walk-out lower level was a project in itself. The space was completely built-out with a large gathering room, a complete bathroom, a guest bedroom, a workout room and a playroom/toy room for the kids. A wine cellar was also constructed in the unfinished lower level. An office features a hidden door behind a built-in bookcase. For these clients, the new 5-bedroom, 4-bath house was transformed into the perfect home.
