Whole House Remodel, Arlington Heights, IL
Transformations tell a story and this project in Arlington Heights, Illinois, tells a great story. Scholl Construction was able to turn a period style home that had gone through many remodels over the years into a more modern look.
We gutted the interior down to the studs and remodeled the interior, tore down the chimney and turned the garage into a room, added living space above the old garage, added a new garage on the other side as well as a large great room with fireplace behind the new garage. We resided and reroofed the home and added dormers to top front, boxed out bay windows on the bottom and a new front porch.
