Peter Scholl has built his career in construction from the ground up. Since beginning his journey, Peter has been enthralled with the transformative power of construction and found immense satisfaction with being able to reshape existing spaces and vacant land into something entirely new.

Peter honed his project management skills by supervising major residential and commercial developments throughout Northern Illinois and founded Scholl Construction in 2002.

When not overseeing projects or meeting with clients, Peter treasures time with family and friends. His ideal vacation? Anywhere beyond the reach of phones, email, internet, and text messages. An avid reader, you can easily find Peter consuming text in some form —whether through books, magazines, newspapers, or even instruction manuals.

This balance of professional dedication and personal passion drives Peter’s approach to every project Scholl Construction Company undertakes.
