Commercial Rejuvenation
A research development and manufacturing company purchased a used warehouse building and hired Scholl Construction to remodel the space entirely and give the building new life. The old space had housed a book distribution warehouse. The new space would be built out with office space, conference rooms, manufacturing area, test laboratory, warehouse, shipping area, break room and bathrooms.
Commercial Building Remodel
The first step was to gut the entire space down to the outer walls and interior supports. Then the individual rooms were built out in the space. The ventilation system was an important aspect of this commercial remodeling project to ensure the cleanliness of the laboratory environment. In the spacious front lobby, visitors are welcomed by an impressive floating design custom built by Scholl Construction. Overall, the 15,000 square feet of space with high ceilings and large, separate areas for manufacturing, testing, storage and shipping gave our client the perfect space for now with plenty of room to grow.
