Moon Lake Village Club House
Moon Lake Village Club House in Hoffman Estates, Illinois was built in the early 1960s. Modern for its time with tall ceilings and an open air room; it had seen better days and was in need of structural support repair. Scholl Construction was hired to repair the structural damage of time and renovate the facility. Beams were repaired, windows replaced, with new flooring installed throughout.
All exteriors walls were rotted, we lifted the whole building off the foundation, repaired and poured new foundations, remove and replaced all the exterior rotted walls, windows and doors, set the building back on the foundations and renovated the inside. Custom steel siding was installed on the outside and the entire structure was reroofed.
