Meet Kasey

At Scholl Construction, Kasey is an integral part of our team. As the daughter of a successful general contractor, who built an extensive business in land acquisition and development, Kasey acquired invaluable industry insights from her father and developed a deep understanding of the nuances of the construction industry.  Kasey keeps our projects on track with her exceptional organizational skills and clear communication.  She works hard to ensure deadlines are met, details are handled, and both our team and clients stay confidently informed every step of the way.

When she’s not working in the office, you can find her renovating her new home or enjoying time outside with family and friends.

If she had a superpower? She’d stop time. She lives by her Grandpa’s life motto, Life rewards action. Simple and true.

• Coordinate our talented professionals across all construction projects to deliver high-quality results to ensure happy customers
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to keep projects on track and on budget
• Foster dynamic workplace culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to drive successful outcomes
• Help define project scope and address customer inquiries about proposals and pricing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
• Assists clients in utilizing online project management tools for tracking construction progress
• Ultimate goal is to ensure we’re building beautiful results while keeping operations efficient and always looking for ways to improve

First Job

Kasey’s first job was as a server at Bulldogs Grill in Wauconda. It’s where she mastered multitasking, teamwork, and staying cool under pressure—skills she now brings to every project (minus the fries).
