Meet Tim

At Scholl Construction, each and every project is an opportunity to build something great. That’s where Tim comes in. As our Project Manager, he keeps things running smoothly by coordinating with trade partners, visiting jobsites, and ensuring that every detail is accounted for.

Tim is a construction professional with engineering expertise and a wild, exciting imagination.  If he was not managing every detail of our projects, Tim would be designing roller coasters, creating a perfect balance of adventure and safety.  When he is not managing projects, you might find him exploring bike trails on the weekend or enjoying beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains.

Tim’s most prized possession is his 1969 Chicago Cubs roster program which started his love and loyalty to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, ensuring proper lead time notifications
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to maintain quality control
• Update production schedules daily in project software, tracking progress for staff, trade partners and customers
• Approve project invoices and document any changes from original purchase orders
• Maintain vital communications with trade partners and customers
• Coordinate final customer walk-throughs and ensure complete satisfaction
• Proactively resolve issues with customers, trade partners, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule

Tim’s first job was working at Bloomingdales in the water treatment plant.
