Last week I attended the McHenry County Economic Development Corportation Annual Dinner. Every year, businesses in the area are nominated for the Business Champion Awards in several categories. Listening to these successful business owners tell their stories got me thinking about my story. A business that is successful for the owner, its employees and the people they do business with relies on listening skills, the ability to take theories and suggestions and implement them for growth and improvement. This is what I take from every client, colleague and employee and apply it to the success of Scholl Construction and my personal life. Please listen!
