Custom-Built Home, Lincoln Park, IL
This unique brick home in Lincoln Park was a collaboration between Scholl Construction and the owner of one of the largest commercial construction companies in Chicago. We completed the steel framing, wood ceiling beams and wood floor structure.
The beam floor system and deck is unique in that it had to be installed and completed before the second floor walls could be erected. This home features a basement wine cellar, spiral staircase imported from France and heated flooring throughout.
