Scholl Construction turned a beast into a beauty with this extensive remodeling project. The original 1.5 story structure had long been vacant and would be unlivable as is. The house was taken down to the first floor studs and a complete second floor was added with bedrooms, bath, master bedroom and master bath.
The new house boasted plenty of storage with custom barn wood sliding doors made from wood from the original home. Plenty of windows were added to take advantage of the stunning views of this unique property in Bull Valley, Illinois.
