Master Bathroom Refresh in Algonquin.

We removed the old, broken drop-in Jacuzzi and replace it with an under-mount soaking tub with a solid quartz top to match the new vanity countertop and shower seat. The plumbing for the tub was relocated to make it easy to reach. We installed grab bars in the shower and toilet area as the owners are now retired and would like to age in place in this beautiful home. The old ‘cultured’ marble countertop, a man-made product, was yellow with age so we replaced it with a new quartz product which is also man-made but will not fade or discolor in time.  The shower was replaced with a new non-slip shower base with a custom tile surround.
