Universal Design 3 Season Room in Crystal Lake

During the shutdown, these homeowners entertained outdoors on their deck and in a small enclosed porch. They decided it was time to expand the porch into a much larger 3 season room and enlarge the outdoor deck area. While the ramp was already wheelchair accessible, they poured a new concrete base for the ramp for consistent, easy access to the back yard. The large screened windows bring the outdoors in and convert to windows to protect the indoors from the elements when the weather turns bad. The deck was replaced with a synthetic material for easy upkeep. The siding and roof is an exact match to the original home, making this new addition look like it has always been there!
