Custom-Built Home, Woodstock, IL

Scholl Construction built this custom house on a small lake in Woodstock, Illinois. When these clients approached us about building a new home, they already owned land and had erected a barn, installed electric, drilled a well, planted trees and installed a driveway to maintain the land. They spent their free time continuously improving the land and envisioning the house they would one day build.

They had different plans they had drawn, or found on the internet. We talked with them about budget and helped them put their vision together so they could go to the architect to finish the plans. We started in November, worked through the winter and they moved in soon after they sold their home in the spring. We are happy with the peaceful setting and the beautiful home we built. Another successful project!

Scholl construction worked with us from beginning to end to build us a house of our dreams. Peter was very organized and his subcontractors were great. Our custom built home was built to specs within budget.
