Highlights of 2022
As we say goodbye to another year, we fondly look back on some of the distinct projects that were completed in 2022. From decks to basements, screened-in porches, kitchens, bathrooms, whole house remodels and custom-built homes, every project that Scholl Construction has had the pleasure of working on is unique and special. These homeowners live on the edge of a wooded area. Their existing deck was in need of updating and they decided to replace it with a screened-in living space so they could enjoy nature right in their backyard without the nasty pests. See all the photos of this project here.

Exterior Upgrade in Cary
Over time, most homes need exterior work; siding rots, windows fail. This home, built in the early 90’s, was in need of such repair. Scholl Construction replaced both windows and siding, making the exterior look brand new! See the transformation here.
Universal Design and 3-season room remodel in Crystal Lake
During the shutdown, these homeowners entertained outdoors on their deck and in a small enclosed porch. Although it was a great way to safely meet with friends, they decided it was time to expand the porch into a much larger 3-season room with an enlarged deck area for a more comfortable place to socialize.
