Bathroom Remodel and 3 Season Room Addition in Boulder Ridge

Two great additions were made to this home recently by Scholl Construction. The primary bathroom was completely remodeled and a three season room was added.

These home owners downsized to this home so that they would not have to negotiate stairs and other obstacles as they aged. They updated the primary bathroom to maximize the space, make it accessible and ADA compliant with a zero entry shower, grab bars, adjustable height shower heads and a shower seat. They added a three season room on the back of the house so they could enjoy the outdoors and views of the golf course while being protected from the elements and bugs. The challenge that Scholl Construction solved was working with very tight dimensions and a very unique roof line to channel the water away from the house and keep the water flow from pooling.
